Abbie and Betty

Abbie Cornish (born 7 August 1982) is an Australian actress. Cornish is known for playing Heidi on Somersault (2004), Fanny Brawne (Bright Star 2009), Sweet pea in Sucker punch (2011), Lindy in Limitless (2012), Clara Murphy (RoboCop) (2014) as well as Sarah as Geostorm(2017). Abbie Cornish has also collaborated along with Martin McDonagh to produce Seven Psychopaths and Three Billboards Beyond Ebbing Missouri. The first time that Cornish won a Screen Actors Guild Award was for her part in this film. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin, star of Adventureland 2009 and a host of others, was her dad. Ann McDonough was her mother. Betty Gilpin made a decision to pursue acting since she was able to count on the backing and affection of her parents. Fordham College was her first choice when it was time to go to college. There she honed her talents. After graduating, Gilpin began performing in Off-Broadway shows while auditioning for roles in TV and film. The role she got was NBC's Law & Order: Criminal Intent between 2001 and 2011, then smaller parts in Ghost Town (2008), and The Northern Kingdom (2009). Gilpin gained a lot of TV experiences in the subsequent years, mainly through appearances in guest roles. Her first breakthrough with Nurse Jackie's role as a regular on the show in 2013. Gilpin played the character Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin in 34 episodes until Nurse Jackie's season ended June 2015. Gilpin was also a part of the mystery thriller True Story (2015).
