The film she was in Ghosts of Girlfriends Past starring Jennifer Garner. She took an unplanned break from the music industry to shoot Bring It On: Fight to the Finish. Milian focused her returning to the music business in promoting her song Us Against the World. She also shot the video. Milian says that, since then, she's become more specific with her music I want to include for the album. Songs on the album comprise the Madonna-like ballad from the 90s Stay Euro club track Tug of War as well as the feel-good Diamonds track with Kanye. Pitbull and Rick Ross also appeared on Blissful, a track produced by Cool & Dre.
